THE HONOR 50, 50 PRO, AND 50 SE HAVE BEEN RELEASED WITH 108MP CAMERAS AND GMS SUPPORT.

Honor unveiled three smartphones today at the Honor 50 series conference in Shanghai. The Honor 50, 50 Pro, and 50 SE are the handsets in question. In almost a year, these are the first Honor smartphones to support Google's GMS. Furthermore, all three smartphones feature 108MP cameras and offer fast charging up to 100W.

A 75-degree super-curved screen is used on the Honor 50 series. The increased curve improves grip while also providing a more immersive visual experience. 1.07 billion colour screens, 120Hz screen refresh rate, and 300Hz touch sampling rate are all supported across the whole series. These phones also have a dynamic refresh rate, which helps to save battery life.

Furthermore, this series has a very thin and flexible feel to it. The Honor 50 is merely 175 grammes and 7.78 millimetres thick. The Pro model weights 187g and is 8.05mm in thickness.

The Honor 50 series inherits the Honor Digital's stylistic genes and features a distinctive dual-mirror design. It is incredibly unusual and eye-catching since the main camera lens ring is designed like a metal ring. The colour scheme of this series is quite striking. Snow crystal, warm summer amber, cool jade green, and classic stark black are all available in this line.

HONOR 50 - HONOR 50 PRO

The Honor 50 has a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, but the Honor 50 Pro has a 6.72-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. Apart from the screen size, the display specifications of both smartphones are identical.

The Pro model includes two selfie cameras: a 32MP primary camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera. The sensors are in a pill-shaped cutout, like most dual punch-hole selfie camera phones. The Honor 50, on the other hand, has a single 32MP punch-hole front camera.

Both smartphones have the identical camera sensors in the two huge camera modules on the back. The main camera is a 108MP 1/1.52-inch sensor, with an 8MP ultrawide snapper and two 2MP modules for macro and depth pictures rounding out the set.

QUALCOMM SNAPDRAGON 778G SMARTPHONES ARE THE FIRST IN THE WORLD.

The Honor 50 and Honor 50 Pro are the first Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G smartphones in the world. GPU Turbo X and LINK Turbo are supported on these smartphones. These functionalities are being brought to the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform for the first time. GPU Turbo X enables this new smartphone series to play popular games in full-frame mode. Dual-SIM dual-WLAN four-network intelligent cooperation is supported by LINK Turbo technology. It improves connections in complex networks, reduces latency, and provides a more pleasant experience.

These smartphones include 8GB / 12GB of RAM in addition to the processor and run on Magic UI 4.2, which is based on Android 11. GMS support will be standard on all global versions of these smartphones.

The Honor 50 has a 4300 mAh battery with 66W fast charging, whilst the Honor 50 Pro has a 4000 mAh battery with 100W fast charging. According to Honor, the standard model has a 66W fast charger that charges the battery to 70% in 20 minutes. In the same 20 minutes, the Pro model's 100W quick charging brings it to 90%.

Both models feature NFC Smart Flash Card 2.0, which allows for seamless switching between bus and access control cards without having to choose. At the same time, it offers multi-screen collaboration and all-scenario smart interconnection to make life smarter and easier!

HONOR 50 SE

The Honor 50 SE is a stripped-down version of the Honor 50 and Honor 50 Pro. The display of this smartphone is a flat 6.78-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It, like the rest of the series, features a punch-hole, but it has a 16MP front camera. It has the same 108MP main camera as the other models, however it only has an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro sensor on the back.

This phone is powered by Mediatek's Dimensity 900 processor, which is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. A 4,000 mAh battery that supports 66W cable rapid charging keeps the lights on. Magic UI 4.2 on top of Android 11 is the same as on the rest of the series. This smartphone will also come with Global Mobile Services (GMS).
